Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Coldre Store.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered any type of refund and/or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price; sale items cannot be returned.
If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Review the product’s listing page before purchasing to confirm if it is not eligible for return. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective and unusable, please contact Customer Service.If you need to exchange or return something, please go to our Exchanges & Returns section and attach a photo of the product received and wait for our team’s response. We will respond with the shipping label within a maximum of 3 days after the request.

Itens that You Can Not Return

The following goods are not covered by the return policy:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
Discounted items that are marked as “Final Sale”

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
