All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment confirmation, depending on the carrier.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
