Free Standard shipping is valid on international orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
 
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing:

    • All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses in United States and China.
    • Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons.
    • We process orders from Monday to Friday.
    • Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.
    • Note that we do not ship on weekends.
  2. Delivery Time:

    • After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
    • Subsequently, delivery times are as follows:
      • Within the United States: 7-12 business days.
      • International Orders (depending on the location): 7-30 business days.
  3. Taxes and Customs:

    • The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars.
    • However, you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
    • Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.
    • Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
