 1. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to United States. There is no minimum purchase required and no cost to the customer.

2. Delivery Time (United States)

For all orders to the US, the Total Delivery Time is 5 – 10 Business Days. This is broken down as follows:

3. International Shipping

While our primary focus is the US market, we do offer international shipping. Delivery times for other countries orders vary by location:

  • International Transit Time: 7 – 25 Business Days.

  • Cost: Free Standard Shipping also applies to international orders.

  • We currently ship to the following countries:

    • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your gear through our “Track Order tab” on your acoount page or directly via the carrier’s website.

5. Taxes and Customs
  • USA Customers: Prices are displayed in USD. Sales tax may be applied at checkout where applicable.

  • International Customers: Orders for other countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed for any reason (such as customs inspections or seasonal high volumes), we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.
