Handgun Compatibility

This Inside the Waistband (IWB) holster is specifically molded for 1911 platform pistols featuring a 4-inch barrel and an integrated accessory rail (Picatinny/Tactical rail). Note: This holster is designed to fit the railed frame of the pistol only; it will not accommodate firearms with flashlights or lasers attached to the rail.

Material and Construction

Manufactured from rigid .08-inch Kydex, the shell is waterproof, washable, and retains its shape without collapsing when the firearm is drawn. The extended rear sweat shield prevents the pistol’s slide from making direct contact with the body, protecting the firearm’s finish from perspiration and minimizing discomfort during extended wear.

Adjustable Retention System

The holster utilizes a Level 1 friction-based retention system localized around the trigger guard. The tension is user-adjustable via the exterior hardware screws, allowing you to set the precise amount of force required to draw and holster the firearm according to your personal preference.

Belt Clip and Carry Angles

Equipped with a standard single polymer clip, this holster securely attaches to most 1.5-inch EDC belts. The clip configuration supports multiple carry styles, making it suitable for both Appendix Inside the Waistband (AIWB) and Strong-Side (3 to 5 o’clock) carry positions.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

• Heat Sensitivity: Kydex is a thermoplastic and will deform if subjected to extreme heat. Do not leave the holster inside a hot vehicle or near direct heat sources.

• Cleaning: Wash with cold water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaning pads.

• Hardware Maintenance: Regularly inspect retention screws for tightness. Applying a medium-strength thread locker to the screws is recommended to maintain your preferred retention setting.
