Sig Sauer P365 XMacro IWB Kydex Holster — Olight Baldr S / Baldr Mini
Two Lights, One Shell — How That Works The Olight Baldr S and Baldr Mini have different physical dimensions: the Baldr S is longer and heavier, while the Baldr Mini is more compact with a shorter body. The shell on this holster is formed to the larger Baldr S profile, which also accommodates the Baldr Mini within the same mold geometry. This means the fit is tighter with the Baldr S and slightly less so with the Baldr Mini — both retain and release correctly, but the draw feel will differ slightly between the two light configurations.
Light-First Fit Requirement The holster shell is molded around the combined profile of the P365 XMacro frame and the mounted Olight. The weapon light must be attached to the rail before the firearm is holstered — the shell indexes off the light body as part of its retention geometry. Holstering the P365 XMacro without the light installed will not produce a functional fit.
Shell and Sweat Guard Constructed from 0.08″ Kydex across the full shell surface. The sweat guard runs along the rear of the slide, keeping the frame separated from direct skin contact at the grip-to-slide junction during IWB carry. All shell edges are finished and polished at the holster mouth and along the body perimeter.
Trigger Guard Enclosure The trigger guard is fully enclosed within the molded Kydex structure. The enclosure covers the guard from holster entry through its base, with no open gap or partial coverage section. This is a function of the mold geometry, not a secondary device.
Retention The retention screw controls draw resistance at the interface between the shell and the light body — the point where the combined firearm-plus-light unit locks into the holster. Adjust and test retention with the light mounted and the firearm fully loaded before daily carry, as the additional mass of the light affects how the holstered unit behaves under movement.
Cant and Carry Position Cant is adjustable via the belt clip hardware. The forward mass distribution of the mounted weapon light makes cant selection particularly relevant for appendix carry — a moderate forward cant helps manage the light’s weight against the body during extended wear. Strong-side carry is also supported.
Compatibility Limits Designed exclusively for the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro with Olight Baldr S or Baldr Mini mounted. Not compatible with the P365 standard, P365X, P365 XL, or P365 SAS. Not compatible with Olight models outside the Baldr S and Baldr Mini, or with any other weapon light brand on this platform.
