Sig Sauer P365 XMacro IWB Kydex Holster — TLR7 / TLR7 Flex / TLR8

Three weapon lights are listed as compatible with this holster, and that distinction matters more than it might appear at first. The TLR7, TLR7 Flex, and TLR8 share a similar overall footprint on the P365 XMacro’s rail — which is why a single shell can accommodate all three — but the TLR8 adds a laser module below the light body, and the TLR7 Flex includes a flexible tail cap that alters its rear profile slightly. The shell geometry on this holster accounts for those variations within the same mold.

Light-Dependent Fit This holster is molded around the combined profile of the P365 XMacro frame and the mounted weapon light. The light must be attached to the rail before holstering — the shell does not retain the firearm correctly without the light in position. Carrying the P365 XMacro without the light attached will produce a loose, non-functional fit.

Shell Construction The shell is full Kydex — rigid, non-porous, and waterproof. It will not absorb sweat or deform under normal carry temperatures. The sweat guard extension behind the slide keeps the rear of the frame separated from direct skin contact during IWB carry.

Retention Adjustment The retention screw is positioned at the light body interface, which is where the shell creates the primary lock point on the combined firearm-plus-light unit. Adjusting clockwise increases draw resistance; counter-clockwise reduces it. Because the weapon light adds mass and shifts the center of gravity of the holstered unit forward, retention should be tested with the fully loaded firearm and mounted light before committing to daily carry.

Cant Cant adjustment is available via the belt clip hardware and accommodates standard strong-side and appendix carry positions. The forward mass of the weapon light makes cant angle more noticeable in appendix carry — a negative (forward) cant tends to balance the light’s weight more naturally in AIWB position.

Compatibility Boundaries Not compatible with: P365 XL, P365 standard, P365X, or P365 SAS. Not compatible with Streamlight models outside the TLR7, TLR7 Flex, and TLR8 line, or with any other brand of rail-mounted light. Suppressor-height sights and compensators on the XMacro platform have not been tested for fitment with this shell.
