OPS Core ARC and Team Wendy Rail Headphone Mount
This rail headphone mount set is designed to attach a headset to OPS‑Core ARC‑style and Team Wendy‑style helmet rails. The kit includes a nylon‑based rail bracket and two adapter pieces that allow the same bracket to interface with either ARC‑rail or Team Wendy‑rail geometries.
The main bracket body is constructed from a nylon‑polymer material and measures approximately 10.5 cm in length, 13.4 cm in width, and 4.5 cm in height. The bracket has a rail‑clamping section that locks onto the rear or side portion of the helmet rail, and a headset‑mounting arm that extends forward to support the earcups. The bracket is supplied in solid‑finish colors, typically Black, Tan, and Green.
The headset arm connects to the rail base by a pivot joint, allowing rotation of the earcups through a wide range of angles, including positions where the headset can be folded rearward against the helmet shell when not in use. Users can loosen a small pivot screw, reposition the headset, and then retighten the screw to hold the desired angle. The bracket does not include the headset, helmet, or any batteries or electronic components.
This product is intended as a mechanical mounting accessory that connects a compatible headset to an OPS‑Core ARC‑style or Team Wendy‑style rail. It does not change the noise‑reduction rating, fit, or comfort of the headset, and it does not provide any additional protection for the user. Users should ensure that the combined weight and position of the headset do not affect the balance or stability of the helmet during movement.
