A full-size SIG Sauer P320 M17 with a mounted Streamlight TLR-1 is not a forgiving carry platform. Slide length, weapon light geometry, and frame dimensions all determine whether a holster performs correctly or becomes a daily problem.
This Sig Sauer P320 M17 with TLR1 Holster is precision-molded specifically for the P320 M17, P320 Full-Size, and compatible AXG Legion full-size configurations running the Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 S. It is not compatible with the P320 X-Five Legion, Compact, or Subcompact variants, and it does not fit the newer TLR-1 HL-X.
Because retention indexes on the weapon light body—not the slide alone—the light must be mounted for proper function. This is a dedicated light-bearing carry system built for serious concealed carry, not a universal fit shell.
This sig sauer p320 m17 iwb holster uses full Kydex construction throughout for rigid retention, repeatable draw consistency, and dependable long-term durability. There is no leather backing, soft collapse point, or hybrid flex section to compromise reholstering.
The trigger guard is fully enclosed from holster entry to the base of the guard, maintaining full trigger protection during carry and safe one-handed reholstering. When the pistol reaches full seating depth with the mounted TLR-1 installed, the shell locks at the TLR-1 body interface and produces an audible click that confirms proper retention.
The TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, and TLR-1 S all share the same external housing dimensions, allowing one shell to support all three without modification. Retention settings transfer directly between them because the shell indexes off the same physical light body.
The TLR-1 HL-X is not compatible. Its longer body profile and updated geometry require a dedicated shell and will not produce correct retention in this platform.
An optic cut is built into the rear slide window to support optic-ready P320 M17 variants with mounted red dots. This accommodates factory optic plate configurations without interfering with non-optic pistols.
Retention adjustment is controlled through a dedicated tension screw positioned at the TLR-1 interface—the true retention point of the combined firearm and weapon light system.
