One Shell for Two Slide Lengths The Hellcat and Hellcat Pro have different slide lengths. This holster uses an open-muzzle design — the muzzle end of the shell is not enclosed, allowing both slides to seat correctly without modification. Retention is set at the trigger guard and mid-slide contact points, which are shared geometry between the two models. Both the standard and manual safety configurations fit without issue — the thumb safety lever sits above and outside the shell’s retention zone.

What Doesn’t Fit

• Hellcat Pro RDP — the muzzle compensator extends past the shell’s open end at an angle that prevents the slide from seating correctly

• Any Hellcat or Hellcat Pro with a rail-mounted weapon light — bare frame only

Running a Red-Dot Both the Hellcat OSP and Hellcat Pro OSP have factory slide cuts for direct optic mounting. The shell’s optic window clears standard micro red-dot footprints — if your optic has an unusually tall body, confirm physical clearance before carrying.

Kydex Construction and Fit The shell is formed at full Kydex thickness. The trigger guard is completely enclosed — the mold wraps the guard fully from the holster mouth down to the guard base, blocking trigger contact at every angle throughout the draw. On full seating, the Kydex audibly clicks back into the retention contact point. The sweat guard keeps the rear of the frame separated from direct skin contact.

Adjustments Retention is screw-adjustable from the outside without removing the holster from the belt. Carry cant runs from 0° to 15°, covering appendix at neutral through strong-side at moderate angle.

Care Wipe clean with a damp cloth. No solvents, no abrasives. Check clip and retention screws periodically — do not oil the hardware.
