Platform-Specific Architectural Molding
Because the CZ platform encompasses drastically different frame designs—ranging from the steel-framed classic CZ 75B to the polymer hammer-fired P-09 and the striker-fired P-10C—this Outside the Waistband (OWB) line utilizes dedicated, model-specific molds. Users must select their precise firearm model prior to purchase. Unlike universal holsters, each thermoplastic shell is vacuum-formed to trace the exact dimensions of the chosen chassis, eliminating internal rattle and preventing wear on prominent controls like the P-10C’s ambidextrous slide release.
Passive Trigger Isolation and Friction Control
Designed for open carry, range training, and tactical applications, this open-top rig utilizes passive friction retention. The rigid polymer walls fully encapsulate the trigger guard on both the inboard and outboard sides, providing absolute firing safety against clothing and debris. Extraction resistance is user-calibrated via dedicated steel tension screws situated directly beneath the trigger zone, allowing carriers to dial in their preferred draw stroke.​
Body Contour and Extraction Clearances
The external profile is engineered to ride securely against the hip, distributing the weight of heavier full-size models like the CZ 75B evenly across the beltline. The inner face of the holster features smoothed edges to prevent chafing against the torso, while the open-top architecture ensures the carrier achieves a full firing grip before the weapon clears the shell.
Thermal Limits and Hardware Maintenance
Thermoplastic holsters maintain their dedicated retention exclusively through heat-formed memory. Do not expose the shell to enclosed high-heat environments, such as a vehicle dashboard parked in direct sunlight, as this will permanently warp the custom molding. Clean the surfaces strictly with cold water and mild soap. Check the tension hardware periodically to ensure consistent friction levels.
