At Coldre Store LLC, we stand behind our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window & Eligibility
  • Timeline: Items must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date based on tracking information.

  • Condition: The product must be New (unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received).

  • Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Verification: Photo proof of the product condition is required before a return label is issued.

2. Non-Returnable Items (“Final Sale”)
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and personal health/care items.

  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event is final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for any verified manufacturing defects.

4. How to Start a Return (Mandatory Process)
  • Initiation: Submit your request at this page.

  • Approval: Do not ship items back until your request has been officially approved.

  • Mandatory Shipping Label: All returns must be shipped exclusively using the official shipping label provided by our team. Do not send products back using your own shipping method, as they cannot be processed.

  • Return Costs: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the carrier’s shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Risk of Loss & Refunds
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Coldre Store LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms the package has been “Delivered”.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected (usually 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
