Plate Pocket Dimensions

Front pocket holds plates up to 25 × 30 cm. Rear pocket matches front size. Side cummerbund panels accept 15 × 10 cm inserts. All pockets use Velcro flaps for secure closure. (Plates not included.)

Strap Adjustment Range

Shoulder straps adjust from 61 cm to 102 cm length. Cummerbund sizes waists from 81 cm to 132 cm via elastic and buckle system. Quick-release buckles at shoulders allow detachment with single pull.

Ventilation Panels

Four removable mesh panels (two front, two back) measure 20 × 15 cm each. Panels attach via hook-and-loop strips. Outer nylon shell includes drainage grommets at lower edges.

Storage Compartments

Cummerbund holds two internal pockets (10 × 15 cm each) with Velcro seals. Side panels add one zippered slot per side (8 × 12 cm). Rear drag handle reinforced with 5 cm webbing loop.

Total weight: 1.2 kg (without plates). Constructed from 500D nylon with mesh ventilation layers. Loop surfaces on front/back accept hook patches. Colors: Black, Coyote Brown, Ranger Green.

Assembly Notes

Attach ventilation panels to designated strips before use. Thread cummerbund through side channels. Test adjustments without load first. Drag handle supports up to 100 kg extraction force.
