What separates a hybrid holster from an all-Kydex design isn’t just materials — it’s how weight and contact are distributed against the body during hours of carry. This holster uses a molded Kydex shell for the firearm-facing side and a leather backing with foam padding on the body side, so the hard retention surface never sits directly against skin or clothing. That division of function is the practical reason hybrid designs exist.

Compatibility
This holster fits the following models: Glock 26 (Gen 1–5), Glock 27 (Gen 1–4), Glock 28, and Glock 33 (Gen 1–5). Not compatible with Glock 27 Gen 5. Confirm your generation before ordering.

Optic Cut
The shell includes an optic cut that clears the footprint of most compact red-dot sights commonly mounted on subcompact Glocks. If you run a standard iron sight setup, the cut has no effect on fit or retention.

Trigger Coverage
The Kydex shell is formed from 0.08″ material and fully encloses the trigger guard, creating a physical barrier against accidental trigger contact while the firearm is holstered. Retention is set at the shell level — not by a strap or secondary device — which keeps the draw path clear and unobstructed.

Cant and Ride Height
Both are adjustable. Cant range runs from -25° to +25°, covering standard strong-side positioning and appendix carry. Ride height adjustment lets you set how deep the grip sits inside the waistband, which affects how much of the firearm is exposed for the draw and how much prints against clothing.

Care
The leather backing will compress and conform with use over the first few weeks. Keep hardware tight — the combination of Kydex flex and leather movement can loosen screws over time. Avoid soaking the leather in water or leaving the holster in a hot vehicle.
