Firearm and Light Compatibility
This Inside the Waistband Kydex holster is molded for full‑size and compact Glock pistols that share the 9 mm / .40 frame pattern: Glock 17, 19, 22, 25, 34, and 45. It is a light‑bearing holster designed specifically for pistols equipped with a Surefire X300 Ultra / X300U‑B weapon light. Retention is formed around the light body, so the holster is not intended for use without the X300U installed.
Shell Material and Coverage
The holster body is constructed from rigid Kydex thermoplastic with a dedicated channel for the X300 Ultra / X300U‑B housing. The shell fully covers the trigger guard area to help prevent direct access to the trigger while holstered. A body‑side sweat guard runs along the slide to reduce metal‑to‑skin contact and help protect the pistol finish from perspiration during extended wear.
Retention and Carry Angle
Passive retention is achieved through a friction fit around the trigger guard and the front of the light body. Retention can be adjusted via the front hardware screws to increase or decrease draw resistance according to user preference. The belt clip mounting pattern allows adjustment of the carry angle for appendix or strong‑side inside‑the‑waistband positions.
Belt Clip and Carry Use
A single polymer belt clip is designed to attach securely to standard 1.5‑inch everyday carry belts. The slim, fold‑over design keeps the holster close to the body, supporting concealed carry while maintaining enough rigidity for one‑handed reholstering under belt pressure.
Compatibility Notes
This holster is designed exclusively for Glock 17/19/22/25/34/45 with the Surefire X300 Ultra / X300U‑B mounted. It is not compatible with other light models or with pistols carried without the light installed. Longer slide models may extend past the open muzzle of the holster; shorter slides will leave unused holster length ahead of the muzzle.
Care and Maintenance
Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, such as leaving the holster in a closed vehicle in direct sunlight, as Kydex can deform under excessive heat.
Clean the holster using mild soap and water only. Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive chemical cleaners.
Do not lubricate the screws. After setting your preferred retention, periodically check the hardware for tightness. If needed, apply a medium‑strength threadlocker to help keep the screws secure during daily carry.
