Pistol Compatibility

This Inside the Waistband Kydex holster is molded specifically for the Glock 43 and Glock 43X pistols. It follows the slim single‑stack frame and slide profile of these models and is intended for use without weapon‑mounted lights or frame‑mounted lasers.

Shell Material and Profile

The holster body is formed from 0.08‑inch Kydex thermoplastic. This rigid construction maintains its shape under belt pressure, supporting consistent one‑handed reholstering. A full‑height sweat guard on the body side runs along the slide, helping to reduce metal‑to‑skin contact and to protect the pistol’s finish from perspiration during daily carry.

Retention and Cant Adjustment

Passive retention is provided by a friction fit around the trigger guard and frame. The retention level can be adjusted using the front‑mounted hardware screws so the user can increase or decrease draw resistance to match personal preference. The belt clip mounting slots allow cant adjustment, making it possible to set the carry angle for appendix or strong‑side inside‑the‑waistband carry.

Belt Clip and Everyday Use

A single polymer belt clip is designed to attach securely to standard 1.5‑inch everyday carry belts. The low‑profile clip and slim Kydex shell keep the pistol close to the body to support concealed carry while maintaining enough rigidity for a stable draw and repeatable reholstering.

Compatibility Notes

This holster is intended for Glock 43 and Glock 43X pistols in non‑light‑bearing configurations. Optic‑ready slides with low‑profile red dots may fit, but taller optics or suppressor‑height sights can interfere with the sight channel and should be checked before use. The holster is not designed for use with weapon lights, frame‑mounted lasers, or extended compensators.

Care and Maintenance

Avoid exposing the holster to high temperatures, such as leaving it inside a closed vehicle in direct sunlight, since Kydex can deform under excessive heat.
Clean the holster with mild soap and water only. Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive chemical cleaners.
Do not lubricate the retention screws. After setting your preferred retention, periodically check the hardware for tightness. If needed, apply a medium‑strength threadlocker to help keep the screws secure during everyday carry.

This holster has surprised me in a good way. It's the most comfortable one, I've had so far and the cheapest one as well. The others I have, costed at least twice and didn't feel as good as this one. I added the concealment wing kit to the purchase and I can say it does what it's supposed to do, giving that extra pressure from your belt to pull the pistol grip closer to your body. The retention of the gun inside the holster is excellent and it achieved by tightening the same screws that hold the wing. It's to be noted that I didn't like the mounting hardware that came with the wing, so I replaced the hollow countersunk washers with solid ones and used different length screws with it.
