Pistol Compatibility
This Inside the Waistband sidecar holster is molded for compact‑frame Glock pistols that share the Glock 19 pattern: Glock 19, 23, 25, and 32. The primary holster shell follows the slide and frame profile of these models. It is a non‑light‑bearing design and is not intended for pistols equipped with weapon‑mounted lights or frame‑mounted lasers.
Sidecar Structure and Magazine Carrier
The system combines a pistol holster and an attached magazine carrier in a single sidecar configuration. Both modules are connected by a flexible joint that allows the holster and magazine carrier to move independently and follow the contour of the user’s body. The magazine carrier is oriented for vertical carry and is designed for double‑stack 9 mm / .40 magazines compatible with the listed Glock models.
Shell Material and Guard Design
Each shell is formed from 0.08‑inch Kydex thermoplastic. The pistol shell fully covers the trigger guard area to help reduce direct access to the trigger while holstered. A full‑height sweat guard on the body side extends along the slide, limiting metal‑to‑skin contact and helping to protect the finish from perspiration. The magazine carrier includes coverage around the feed lips and base area for retention.
Retention and Cant Adjustment
Passive retention on the pistol is provided by a friction fit around the trigger guard and frame, with user‑adjustable tension via front‑mounted screws. The magazine carrier features its own retention adjustments so the user can set the desired insertion and draw resistance. Belt clip mounting slots allow cant adjustment on the pistol side, and the magazine carrier can also be tuned for preferred angle in appendix carry.
Belt Clips and Everyday Use
Two polymer belt clips secure the sidecar system to standard 1.5‑inch everyday carry belts—one for the pistol shell and one for the magazine carrier. The dual‑clip layout distributes weight across a wider area of the belt to improve stability and reduce shifting during movement. The slim profile is intended for appendix inside‑the‑waistband carry but can also be used in other front‑of‑hip positions depending on user preference.
Compatibility Notes
This sidecar holster is intended only for Glock 19, 23, 25, and 32 pistols without weapon lights or frame‑mounted lasers. Optic‑ready slides with low‑profile red dot sights may fit, but taller optics or suppressor‑height sights can interfere with the sight channel and should be verified before use. The magazine carrier is designed for standard‑capacity double‑stack magazines for the listed models.
Care and Maintenance
Avoid exposing the holster to high temperatures, such as inside a closed vehicle in direct sunlight, since Kydex can deform under excessive heat.
Clean both shells with mild soap and water only. Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners.
Do not lubricate the retention screws. After setting your preferred retention levels for the pistol and magazine, periodically check the hardware for tightness. If needed, apply a medium‑strength threadlocker to help keep the screws secure during everyday carry.
