Two-Piece MOLLE Tactical Duty Belt System

A comprehensive load-bearing belt system engineered for structural rigidity and modular equipment organization. Utilizing a dual-belt architecture, this rig is designed to support the weight of holsters, magazine carriers, and IFAKs without sagging, rolling, or losing tension during high-mobility training or duty applications.

Inner and Outer Belt Integration The system is built on a two-part hook-and-loop retention platform. The pliable 1.75-inch (4.3cm) inner belt threads directly through standard uniform or tactical pant loops, presenting an outward-facing loop surface. The rigid 2-inch (5cm) outer belt, lined with hook fasteners, mounts directly over the inner belt. This design allows users to don or doff a fully loaded duty rig in seconds without removing gear or unthreading belt loops.

Continuous MOLLE/PALS Webbing The exterior of the 2-inch outer belt features a continuous, dual-layer nylon MOLLE webbing grid. This standardized attachment interface allows for the secure weaving of tactical pouches, medical kits, dump pouches, and holster mounting hardware, keeping equipment strictly organized and accessible.

Quick-Release Metal Hardware The outer belt is secured using a heavy-duty mechanical metal buckle. This quick-release fastener remains firmly locked under dynamic load tension but instantly disengages when both release tabs are pressed, allowing for rapid one-handed removal.
