Engineered for nighttime wildlife observation, property surveillance, and tactical games, the R18 is a digital night vision viewing system. Unlike traditional optical binoculars, this device utilizes an active infrared sensor to capture ambient light or IR illumination, displaying the image on an internal 2.4-inch TFT color screen.​​

Active Infrared (IR) Illumination When ambient light is insufficient, the built-in 3W, 850nm infrared LED spotlight can be activated. Featuring 7 adjustable brightness levels, this IR system allows the user to see objects in complete darkness at distances ranging from 200 to 300 meters. During daytime or twilight, the IR can be turned off for standard color viewing out to an infinite distance.

HD Video and Photo Capture The device functions as a digital camera, capable of recording video up to 1080p/960p (at 30fps) and capturing interpolated still images up to 10 Megapixels. All media is saved directly to a MicroSD/TF card (supports up to 128GB, card not included), making it easy to transfer footage to a PC using the included USB cable.

Digital Zoom & Wide Aperture Fitted with an F1.2 aperture and a 25mm objective lens, the hardware maximizes light gathering capabilities. While the lens provides a fixed optical base with a 10° Field of View, the device features a 5X digital zoom function, allowing you to crop in on the digital display for a closer look at distant targets.

Rechargeable Power System Forget swapping out AA batteries in the dark. The R18 operates on a built-in 3800mAh rechargeable lithium battery. It charges via standard USB, allowing you to top up the power using a wall adapter, car charger, or portable power bank while in the field.
