A lightweight, load-bearing belt system engineered for modular equipment attachment and rigid holster support. Built around a dual inner/outer belt configuration, this platform provides a stable foundation for carrying gear while maintaining a strictly low-profile footprint.

Hook-and-Loop Inner/Outer Integration The system operates on a paired hook-and-loop interface designed for rapid deployment. The included pliable inner belt threads through standard pant loops, presenting an outward-facing loop-fastener surface. The rigid outer belt, lined with mating hook-fasteners, mounts directly over the inner belt. This configuration allows the user to don or doff the fully loaded outer belt instantly without removing gear or unthreading belt loops.

Laser-Cut Thermoplastic Core To drastically reduce weight and thickness, the outer belt is structured around a continuous layer of laser-cut thermoplastic. This specialized core delivers precise vertical rigidity, preventing the belt from crushing, folding, or sagging under the localized weight of holsters, sidearms, and loaded magazine pouches.

MOLLE/PALS Modularity & Structural Webbing The thermoplastic exterior features precision laser-cut slots that function as a continuous MOLLE/PALS mounting grid, eliminating the need for heavy, sewn-on nylon webbing grids. To guarantee overall tensile strength, the entire length of the outer belt is reinforced with 1-inch continuous tubular webbing.

Quick-Release Fastening Hardware The outer belt is secured using a “Fast Klik” style mechanical buckle. The quick-release mechanism requires intentional pressure to disengage, ensuring the belt remains locked under dynamic physical stress while allowing for immediate, one-handed removal when required.
