This industrial safety helmet is designed for use on construction sites, industrial facilities, and other controlled work environments where impact, falling objects, and noise are present. It combines head, eye, and hearing protection in a single, modular system.
Shell Material and Suspension System The outer shell is manufactured from impact‑resistant ABS. This thermoplastic material offers a high strength‑to‑weight ratio, providing mechanical protection while keeping overall helmet weight manageable for long shifts. Inside the shell, a 6‑point textile suspension system distributes impact forces over a wider area of the head. The fabric cradle reduces localized pressure points and can be adjusted to achieve a stable, centered fit.
Integrated Earmuffs The helmet is supplied with mounted earmuffs that connect to the side slots. When properly positioned over the ears, these muffs provide hearing protection from continuous industrial noise. The arms allow the cups to be rotated up when not in use and down into the working position when hearing protection is required. Built‑In Visor / Goggles A built‑in eye shield is integrated into the helmet assembly. Standards and Operating Conditions The helmet is designed and tested to comply with CE EN397:2012+A1:2012 industrial safety helmet requirements, including protection from vertical impact and penetration under specified conditions. Operating temperature range is specified as approximately −20 °C to +50 °C, supporting use in cold and hot environments within this band.
Fit Adjustment and Size Range A headband adjustment system allows the internal circumference to be set for head sizes from approximately 52 cm to 63 cm. The Y‑shaped chin strap helps keep the helmet stable on the head during movement or when working on inclined surfaces. The interior fabric lining improves comfort and assists with sweat absorption.
Accessory Slots and Expandability Side slots on the helmet shell are designed to accept compatible accessories such as alternative earmuffs, face shields, or certain head‑mounted lamps. This modular interface allows the user to configure the helmet based on the specific job requirements and accessory compatibility indicated by the manufacturer.
Reflective Markings A set of reflective stickers is supplied separately in the package. These can be applied by the user to increase visibility in low‑light environments. The stickers are designed to be removable without leaving adhesive residue on the helmet shell when properly applied and removed.
