The sidecar configuration exists to solve a specific problem: carrying a spare magazine without adding a second piece of equipment to the belt. On this holster, the magazine pouch is built as a single molded unit with the pistol shell, positioned parallel to the firearm on the body-facing side. Both the pistol and the magazine index from the same attachment point, which means one draw stroke and one reload position — no separate mag carrier to adjust or shift during the day.

What “Sidecar” Means Structurally The holster shell and the magazine pouch are joined at a shared base plate that connects to the belt clip. This geometry distributes the combined weight of the Hellcat Pro and a loaded spare magazine across a wider contact area than a single-point IWB clip would allow. The result is a setup that tends to shift less during movement than two separate pieces would.

Shell and Material Formed from 2mm Kydex with finished and polished edges across the shell perimeter and the magazine pouch opening. The sweat guard extends upward behind the slide, keeping the rear of the frame and the back of the magazine separated from direct skin contact.

Retention Both the pistol retention and the magazine retention are independently adjustable via separate screws. This matters because the draw resistance you want for the pistol isn’t necessarily the same resistance that works for a magazine reload under stress. Setting them independently takes under a minute.

Available Configurations This holster is offered in right-hand and left-hand draw versions. Panel customization options — including standard Kydex and printed front panels — are available as separate variants. Confirm the correct hand orientation and panel style at the time of purchase, as these are not interchangeable after manufacture.

Compatibility Note Molded specifically for the Springfield Hellcat Pro. Not compatible with the standard Hellcat, Hellcat RDP, or OSP variants without confirming fitment, as frame dimensions differ between models.
