6. Returns and Refunds

Coldre Store reviews return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification of the reported circumstances.

Products are generally required to be returned. If a return is needed, we will issue a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior written authorization may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement.


6.1 Notification Period

Any concern regarding an order (including fit, quality concerns, incorrect item, or potential defect) must be reported within 30 days of delivery, as evidenced by carrier tracking. Requests submitted after this period may be refused.


6.2 Verification

Before any remedy is considered, we may request photos, video, order details, and any additional reasonable information required to verify the claim.


6.3 Remedies

Where a claim is validated, we may provide one of the following remedies (at our discretion):

  • A partial refund.
  • A full refund.
  • A replacement item, if available.

6.4 Refund Method

Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer’s financial institution.


7. Bulk Orders

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer must verify product details, quantities, and suitability before ordering. Requests for modification or cancellation after confirmation may be refused.
  • Payment Terms and Delivery: We may require advance payment, deposits, or specific payment terms for bulk transactions. Processing and delivery timelines may differ from retail orders.

8. Warranty

Coldre Store provides a limited 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, sizing or fit preferences, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

To request a warranty review, you must notify Coldre Store within 30 days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence (including photos) requested to assess the claim. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

No warranty remedy is provided without verification. No item may be returned unless an RMA has been issued.
