Product Overview

The 3D Tactical Plate Carrier Vest is a modular load-bearing platform engineered for training, tactical simulations, and field activities that require durability and functional gear attachment. Its design focuses on structural integrity, quick access, and user comfort during extended wear.

Construction and Materials

Manufactured from high‑density nylon fabrics (500D or 1000D depending on color variant), the vest resists abrasion, water exposure, and general field wear. Internal pearl‑cotton inserts maintain the vest’s form and provide cushioning against impact without affecting mobility.

Plate and Pouch Configuration

Front and back compartments support 25 × 30 cm training plates, while side panels accommodate smaller 17 × 14 cm inserts. (Plates are not included and shown for reference only.) A laser‑cut MOLLE system across the exterior allows the secure attachment of compatible pouches and accessories. A triple magazine pouch for 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm magazines is included.

Adjustability and Access

The carrier includes shoulder and side quick‑release buckles for rapid removal. A removable waist strap assists with fit adjustments up to approximately 118 cm. A reinforced rear drag handle provides controlled movement or extraction assistance when needed.

Comfort and Customization

Ventilation‑ready panels support the optional installation of four air‑cushion pads (sold separately) to improve airflow and reduce heat buildup in high‑temperature conditions.
