Quick-Release Operation

Shoulder-mounted metal snake buckles release via single front pull-tab. Side cummerbund detaches independently through elastic loops. System supports detachment under 50 kg tension. Test mechanism before loading.

Waist Adjustment Range

Cummerbund extends from 70 cm to 140 cm circumference. Elastic inserts provide 10 cm stretch capacity. Velcro inner lining secures to carrier frame. Shoulder pads adjust 20 cm vertically via slide rails.

Plate Insertion Points

Front pouch accepts plates up to 30 × 25 × 6 cm thick. Rear matches front dimensions. Lower side panels hold 15 × 10 × 3 cm inserts. All flaps use hook-and-loop closures with pull tabs. (Plates not included.)

MOLLE Surface Areas

Front: 10 rows × 14 columns PALS grid. Back: 8 rows × 12 columns. Cummerbund: 4 rows × 20 columns continuous. Accepts 4 cm-wide straps for pouch mounting.

Loadout Instructions

1. Insert plates into designated pouches; secure flaps.

2. Adjust waist and shoulder straps to body fit.

3. Attach MOLLE accessories starting from center rows outward.

4. Verify quick-release pulls smoothly with full load.
