Description
Sig P365 AXG with TLR1 Holster – IWB – Built for All Day Concealed Carry Use
A full-size SIG Sauer P365 AXG with a mounted Streamlight TLR-1 is not a forgiving carry platform. Slide length, weapon light geometry, and frame dimensions all determine whether a holster performs correctly or becomes a daily problem.
This Sig Sauer P365 AXG with TLR1 Holster is precision-molded specifically for the P320 M17, P320 Full-Size, and compatible AXG Legion full-size configurations running the Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 S. It is not compatible with the P320 X-Five Legion, Compact, or Subcompact variants, and it does not fit the newer TLR-1 HL-X.
Because retention indexes on the weapon light body—not the slide alone—the light must be mounted for proper function. This is a dedicated light-bearing carry system built for serious concealed carry, not a universal fit shell.
Sig Sauer P365 AXG IWB Holster with TLR-1 Light-Bearing Retention
This sig sauer P365 AXG iwb holster uses full Kydex construction throughout for rigid retention, repeatable draw consistency, and dependable long-term durability. There is no leather backing, soft collapse point, or hybrid flex section to compromise reholstering.
The trigger guard is fully enclosed from holster entry to the base of the guard, maintaining full trigger protection during carry and safe one-handed reholstering. When the pistol reaches full seating depth with the mounted TLR-1 installed, the shell locks at the TLR-1 body interface and produces an audible click that confirms proper retention.
The TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, and TLR-1 S all share the same external housing dimensions, allowing one shell to support all three without modification. Retention settings transfer directly between them because the shell indexes off the same physical light body.
The TLR-1 HL-X is not compatible. Its longer body profile and updated geometry require a dedicated shell and will not produce correct retention in this platform.
An optic cut is built into the rear slide window to support optic-ready P365 AXG variants with mounted red dots. This accommodates factory optic plate configurations without interfering with non-optic pistols.
Retention adjustment is controlled through a dedicated tension screw positioned at the TLR-1 interface—the true retention point of the combined firearm and weapon light system.
Real Carry Performance for a Duty-Size Platform
A proper P365 AXG tlr 1 holster should manage the realities of carrying a full-size pistol with a mounted duty light: increased footprint, forward weight, and more demanding concealment geometry.
The P365 AXG runs an 8.0″ overall length before the mounted TLR-1 adds additional forward mass. That makes strong-side carry at 3–4 o’clock the natural configuration for most users, especially those integrating the holster with reinforced EDC belts, spare mag carriers, and duty-style concealed carry setups.
Appendix carry remains possible, but the longer combined profile requires better ride height control and a neutral cant to manage comfort while seated. This is not a compact appendix setup—it is a full-size performance platform that requires correct geometry to remain practical.
Rigid Kydex matters more on a platform like this because inconsistency becomes obvious fast. A soft holster or oversized shell creates unnecessary movement, poor indexing, and unreliable draw mechanics.
This sig sauer P365 AXG with tlr1 holster is designed around repeatability: same draw path, same retention feel, same access under pressure.
Buy Once for the Setup You Actually Carry
A duty-size pistol with a weapon light deserves a dedicated holster—not a compromise built around vague compatibility claims.
This holster is purpose-built for the P365 AXG family running the Streamlight TLR-1 platform. That includes the M17, standard Full-Size P320, and compatible AXG Legion configurations using TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 S lights.
It excludes the wrong platforms on purpose: Compact, Subcompact, X-Five Legion, and TLR-1 HL-X users need a different shell because correct retention depends on exact geometry.
If your standard is consistent draw mechanics, secure passive retention, optic-ready compatibility, and dependable all-day IWB carry, this is the right configuration.
The best carry setup is the one that performs the same way every single day.
