1000D Nylon Ratchet EDC Belt with Zinc Alloy Buckle

A continuous-adjustment nylon belt designed for everyday carry (EDC) and load-bearing applications. This belt replaces traditional punched holes with a mechanical ratchet system, offering precise tension control to support the weight of holsters, pouches, and standard equipment.

Micro-Adjustable Track System
The reverse side of the belt incorporates a concealed polymer track featuring 40 locking positions. This mechanism allows for diameter adjustments in exact 1/4-inch increments. The fine-tuning capability ensures constant, precise tension against the waist, securing heavy gear tightly against the body.

Automatic Zinc Alloy Buckle
The buckle is cast from high-density zinc alloy with a scratch-resistant matte finish. It utilizes a spring-loaded automatic locking bar that engages the belt track upon insertion. A low-profile release trigger located on the buckle frame allows for immediate, one-handed disengagement and tension release.

1000D Nylon Webbing
The belt strap is woven from 1000-denier nylon. This high-density construction provides specific vertical rigidity, preventing the webbing from folding, rolling, or sagging when bearing the localized weight of inside-the-waistband (IWB) or outside-the-waistband (OWB) accessories.
